Key Responsibilities
* Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations using Xero.
* Follow up on receivables with internal sales teams.
* Handle supplier payments, including triple reconciliations (banks, forwarders, suppliers).
* Coordinate documentation for freight, trade finance, and customs.
* Liaise with external accountants, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure financial and operational accuracy.
* Support stock reconciliation and internal warehouse reporting.
* Maintain administrative systems and supplier records.
