As our Talent Acquisition Marketing Business Partner, you'll report to our Talent Acquisition Marketing Manager within the ASPAC Talent Acquisition team. You'll play a key role in driving recruitment marketing activity that supports critical hiring across our health division.
You'll translate hiring priorities into clear, practical campaign plans and deliver them end-to-end. Working closely with Talent Acquisition, Operations, Corporate Affairs and P&C, you'll help us attract the right people to impact a better future.
As a Marketing Business Partner in the Talent Acquisition team, you'll report to the Talent Acquisition Marketing Manager and make a positive impact by:
* Planning and delivering end-to-end recruitment marketing campaigns.
* Translating hiring needs into clear briefs and campaign plans.
* Coordinating events and branded materials.
* Creating and publishing engaging careers content and social media assets.
* Monitoring campaign performance and optimising using data insights.
* Partnering with stakeholders and suppliers to drive attraction outcomes.
