**The Role**
We’re on the lookout for All Star Cheerleading Coaches to join our brand-new Cheer facility in Torquay, Victoria. At Torquay Dance Academy, we’ll be offering a range of Cheer and Dance programs suitable for all ages and skill levels. Our versatile approach to classes creates a rewarding cheerleading journey for everyone, helping to build essential life skills like confidence, coordination, and creativity. You’ll also have the support of other instructors and managers, plus opportunities to contribute to business growth and help cultivate a positive studio culture.
**About You**
At our core, we're looking for exceptional humans who:
- Deliver Cheerleading Programs in line with All Stars regulations
- Develop the techniques and skills of all participants
- Ensure the safety of participants and equipment during classes
- Get involved in technical skills development as a Coach
- Support and encourage fellow coaches
- Provide top-notch customer service to kids and their parents

**Qualification and Education Requirements**
- Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
- Current CPR Certificate
- Working with Children Check (or Equivalent)
- National Police Check
