About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Automotive Stock Controller/Registration Clerk to joins us at our Maroochydore based site.
The successful candidate will be responsible for;
* Coordinating and managing vehicle stock control across our brands and dealership locations on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
* Undertaking stock swaps between dealerships
* Claiming manufacturer incentives and bonuses
* Managing and updating internal systems to ensure data is always current and reliable
* Completing all used/new vehicle licensing, registration, transfers, and disposals
* Communicating and assisting the sales team with the sales process and administration duties to ensure settlements are completed accurately and in a timely manner
* Manage control measures to ensure errors, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed, and resolved
* Facilitate the administrative inventory purchase process with accuracy and timeliness
Candidate requirements
The role will require the successful candidate to showcase their exceptional organisational and communication skills in a fast-paced dynamic environment. It will require someone who is confident, organised, process driven and reliable. This role will suit someone who is looking for a role that they can truly make their own.
Qualifications & Experience
* Established history in a stock controller or similar role is highly desirable
* Current Queensland Drivers Licence
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Intermediate to high level computer skills (Auto IT Dealer Management System experience is advantageous)
* Strong administration skills
* Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to perform under pressure
* A positive attitude
* Excellent time management
* Knowledge of Motor Dealership systems and basic understanding of automotive industry is highly regarded
* Confident and professional phone manner
* Accreditation with the Department of Transport/Registration experience is advantageous. Alternatively, training can be provided.
