Key Responsibilities:
* Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of prospects through proactive engagement.
* Assist at open homes, auctions, private inspections, and appraisals to drive sales growth.
* Maintain consistent high-quality follow-up with buyer enquiries to nurture relationships.
* Support vendor communication and contribute to managing end-to-end sales campaigns effectively.
* Participate in listing presentations and collaborate on marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
* Accurately maintain and update the CRM with attention to detail.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in Sales Associate, Sales Assistant, or Sales Support roles (essential).
* Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (essential).
* Excellent personal presentation and polished communication skills.
* Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
* Proactive, ambitious, and genuinely passionate about the real estate industry.
* Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
* Availability to work Saturdays.
