The National Arboretum Canberra and Stromlo Forest Park is seeking an Assistant Director - Business Development to work two days per week under a job share arrangement. As contract manager for the Branch’s commercial Agreements, you will ensure onsite partners deliver services in line with contractual obligations and mediate day-to-day issues as they arise. Business development is another key focus, including initiating new commercial procurements to activate the site, and leading projects to increase sponsorships and donations. The position supports the Senior Director/Business Manager with government business reporting, briefs, compliance, and contributes to new initiatives and projects across the Branch as required.
