We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as an Administration Assistant. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth communication with clients, and maintaining accurate records.

* Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting customers professionally.
* Providing updates on job progress and pickups to clients.
* Following up on quotes and assisting with bookings.
* Maintaining accurate records and data entry in our systems.
* Preparing invoices and processing payments.
* Coordinating scheduling jobs and supporting production staff.
