The Human Resources Business Partner plays a pivotal role within our dynamic HR team, supporting employees across Australia and New Zealand. You will engage with client groups, developing a deep understanding of the business strategy and balancing people and commercial landscapes to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with leaders to plan, develop, and build initiatives that align with the business strategy
Provide expert support and advice to client groups across the employee lifecycle, including talent attraction, employee development, engagement, performance management, learning and development, and compensation and benefits
Maintain and develop business acumen, keeping abreast of business initiatives, strategies, and results through regular engagement with the business
Develop leadership capability through coaching, mentoring, advice on development, and training opportunities
Requirements:
A minimum of 4 years' experience in a HR Advisor/Consultant role or 1-3 years as a HR Business Partner or equivalent role; ideally Finance or Technology background
Proven expertise in both strategic and operational activities
Ideal tertiary qualifications in a HR, business, or psychology-related discipline
Proven strong influencing, coaching, and communication skills
Sound knowledge and experience in all aspects of Australian employment law (New Zealand employment law experience desirable)
