A newly created opportunity is now available for a State Sales Manager (Queensland) to support sales performance and capability across Brisbane, Townsville, and Cairns.
About the Role
Reporting to the National Sales Manager and working closely with local leadership, this role provides hands-on sales leadership, coaching, and support to branch-based sales teams. The focus is on consistency, capability uplift, and disciplined execution, while maintaining the strong local relationships that define the business.
This role suits an experienced sales leader who enjoys being close to teams, supporting performance, and helping translate direction into practical action.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting sales performance across Queensland
* Providing sales leadership and coaching across multiple locations
* Improving consistency in sales planning, pipeline management, and follow-through
* Supporting new business activity and selected key opportunities
* Working closely with General Managers to align sales activity with service delivery
About You
You are an experienced sales leader who enjoys being close to the business and supporting teams to perform at their best. You have experience working across multiple locations and understand how to balance consistency with the realities of different local markets.
You bring credibility through your approach rather than your title. You build trust quickly, communicate clearly, and lead in a practical, grounded way. You are comfortable coaching and supporting others, reinforcing good discipline, and helping teams lift capability without undermining local ownership or relationships.
You value accountability and follow-through and are known for doing what you say you will do. You are organised, commercially aware, and focused on sustainable performance rather than short-term wins.

Location
Brisbane based, with regular travel to Townsville and Cairns.
