Key Responsibilities
* Leadership & People Development
o Lead, mentor, and inspire a team across warehouse, distribution, and sales functions.
o Drive a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
* Operational Management
o Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock accuracy, and timely order fulfillment.
o Ensure compliance with WHS, HACCP & Food Safe standards and company policies.
* Sales & Business Growth
o Drive branch sales performance and identify new business opportunities.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers.
* Strategic Contribution
o Work closely with the CEO to align branch performance with company objectives.
o Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
o Responsible for NSW profitability & own the P&L
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in branch management, distribution & warehouse operations.
* Strong people leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
* Commercial acumen with experience in financial management, Profit & Loss & a strong understanding of cashflow.
* Relationship Management sales and customer relationship management.
* Background in food service distribution is highly advantageous.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
