We're anticipating an opportunity for a Village Manager to join a high‑performing operator known for premium resident experience, well‑run communities, and strong organisational values.
What the 2026 role will look like:
* Lead day‑to‑day operations across a vibrant ILU community
* Drive resident engagement, customer satisfaction and community culture
* Oversee compliance, safety and contractor management
* Partner with senior leadership on continuous improvement initiatives
Ideal Background:
* Experience in Retirement Living or Aged Care management
* Strong stakeholder and people leadership skills
* A genuine commitment to resident wellbeing
* Ability to balance operational and community‑focused priorities
