Working closely with the CEO of a sporting body and the Head of Family Operations for a private investment group, this role offers variety, exposure, and the chance to be part of a fast-paced, purpose-driven team.
In this role, you will:
Provide executive support including diary and calendar management, travel coordination, and administrative assistance
Assist with office management, from welcoming guests and managing supplies to supporting day-to-day operations
Contribute to project and event coordination, helping bring key initiatives and seasonal activities to life
What we're looking for:
3–5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Team Coordinator, or in a similar administrative role
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive mindset and ability to manage competing priorities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes initiative, and enjoys working across both corporate and creative settings.
