Role Overview
The Content Strategist role sits at the intersection of strategic thinking and creative execution. Working as part of our studio, this role supports the development of compelling, insight-driven content strategies that fuel campaign and content performance across digital, social, and owned channels.
You'll partner closely with creatives to transform data and insights into strong, clear briefs and messaging strategies. The focus of this role is on creating meaningful content strategies that help brands connect with audiences, meet objectives, and build long-term value.
This role is ideal for someone with strong writing, research, and conceptual thinking skills who thrives in a collaborative studio environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development of content strategies rooted in insight and aligned with client goals and KPIs.
* Create clear, compelling content briefs and strategic documents that guide creative development.
* Stay across industry trends, audience behaviors, and content best practices to inform thinking.
* Interpret data and research to define audience personas and messaging frameworks.
* Drive consistency in voice, tone, and brand storytelling across content touchpoints.
* Collaborate with creatives and internal teams to translate strategy into content ideas and executions.
* Assist in the development of presentations and campaign decks that clearly articulate the strategic thinking.
* Participate in creative reviews and ensure work is grounded in strategy.
* Help shape content planning documents (ecosystems, calendars, messaging guides).
* Work with analytics teams to review content performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
* Contribute to the development of content recommendations for campaigns, websites, and digital platforms.
* Support creative briefing and ideation processes with audience-first insights.
* Build deep knowledge of how content functions within the wider marketing and creative process.
* Grow your ability to connect insights with ideas that influence creative outcomes.
* Expand strategic thinking beyond single-channel tactics to integrated content solutions.
* Develop skills in crafting stories from data, insights, and audience research.
* Strengthen your influence within creative and marketing discussions, championing content strategy best practices.
