Key Responsibilities:
* Managing front-desk reception and welcoming clients professionally
* Answering and directing phone calls and emails
* Data entry
* Assisting the accounts team with general administrative duties and receipting etc
* Ensuring confidentiality of sensitive legal information at all times
Key Requirements:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal and client service skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry
* Good organisational and time-management abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
