Operations Supervisor
We are seeking a people-focused supervisor with a transport and logistics background to oversee employees and work activities in Geraldton, WA. Key responsibilities include:
* Oversight and management of business unit performance: Labour costs, individual/business unit KPIs, and individual performance management.
* Support and implement continuous improvement projects: Route optimisation, implementation of new procedures, in-cab technology, and team development.
* Ensure team members comply with legislative policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment: audits, vehicle inspections, site inspections, team training modules, and employee onboarding.
* Co-ordinate with stakeholders to maximise customer service and operational efficiencies: Complaint resolution, procedural changes, and toolboxes.
We require excellent time management skills, industrial/employee relations legislation knowledge, HS and environmental management systems, HR license, and supervisory experience within a unionised environment.
