About the role:
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Administration Assistant will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth, efficient and compliant operations.
This role is ideal for parents balancing family commitments—such as mothers with young children seeking flexible, short-hour shifts—or recent graduates eager to launch their career in administration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, filing, and document management.
2. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
3. Assist with scheduling, inventory tracking, and basic reporting using Microsoft Office tools.
4. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
5. Collaborate with team members to streamline daily workflows and support logistics coordination.
What We're Looking For:
6. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with logistics software is a plus but not essential.
8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
9. A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
10. No prior experience required—perfect for fresh graduates or those returning to the workforce.
