We provide person-centred and holistic support services tailored to assist participants in living safely and comfortably at home by building capacity and giving them choice and control.

Above award salary starting from $115k + super based on experience
In house Supervision provided by our Snr OT (with 10 years' experience) and External Supervision
67% KPI Case load based on your individual skill set
FT Role Monday to Friday business hours (no after hours or weekends)

All appointments within a 25-minute driving range of home base

What we are looking for
Degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA with at least 2 years experience
Experience in CHSP, Paediatric, NDIS, ACAT or Mental Health preferred
Experience with outcome measures: ADL assessments, Functional Capacity Assessments, Who-DAS, Low Vision Assessment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Drivers licence
