The Compliance and IP Manager is responsible for overseeing both the legal and business aspects of Vetafarm IP assets, while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the regions in which Vetafarm operates.This role requires a blend of strategic, technical, and business acumen to develop and implement IP strategies, protect company assets, and advise on business matters related to IP/compliance.Key Responsibilities:• Manage the development of all export documentation required by overseas clients and authorities including CofA’s, CofO’s, composition certificates, product description certificates and any other required documents.• Assist in developing, advising and auditing of an automated export document generation function utilising ABEL software and internal compliance data.• Oversee Vetafarm’s Trademark portfolio. Develop and manage strategy alongside Sales management and the Managing Director for ongoing, robust trademarking improvement.• Review, guide and manage compliance with overseas customs and domestic regulations in relation to product registration and change control.• Manage renewal and maintenance of existing Vetafarm product registrations and company licensing (e.g. export licenses and company registrations).• Oversee development of protocol for new product registrations, and project manage new registrations alongside relevant department heads.• Assist the Quality Department in the management of product records and compliance information for audits and their relevant accreditations.• Assist in International IP strategy, budgeting and execution.• Monitor and manage packaging compliance in respect to internal data, domestic and international registrations.About You:• 2+ years’ experience in a compliance-focused role, ideally within a similarly regulated industry.• Strong understanding of regulatory environments, and experience in interpreting and implementing complex regulatory changes.• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively connect with all clients and stakeholders.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.• Self-motivated and results-oriented, displaying a strong sense of initiative and adaptability as required.• Impeccable attention to detail and organisational skills.• Proficient in MS Office and adaptable to learning role-related software systems.To apply, please submit a cover letter addressing the key criteria listed above, and a current resume.Vetafarm will require the successful applicant to undertake a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening.Vetafarm is an Equal Opportunity Employer.www.vetafarm.com.auUnlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
