About the Role
The Regional Growth Representative for Mackay integrates Business Development (New Business) and Client Experience (Account Management), with a defined allocation of 80% and 20% respectively to these critical functions.
This position is paramount in ensuring that both prospective and existing clientele receive a premium standard of service within a highly competitive market sector.
Operationally, the role mandates the proactive identification of new business prospects through active lead generation, in strict alignment with company strategy, while simultaneously necessitating the diligent management and retention of a designated, manageable portfolio of valued clients.
This position ensures that Reali is consistently perceived by its clients as the market leader in the supply of uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to businesses across Australia.
What you'll need to succeed:
* At least 3 years of experience in sales and account management
* Tertiary qualification in business, sales & marketing
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal along with well-developed influencing and presentation techniques to build strategic internal/external relationships
* Extensive experience in selling products, solutions, objectives and sales targeting
* Strong selling skills and understanding of sales processes; can effectively upsell products and services; can bring a sale to closure
* Strong customer development and relationship management skills
* Fully committed to achieving performance targets
