Job description:About the RoleClosing Date: 15th June, 2025Competitive salary plus generous salary packaging optionsDynamic work environment and collaborative team cultureFlexibility for balancing work and life commitmentsAbout the roleThe Workforce Resourcing Advisor will be a valued member of the Workforce Resourcing team, responsible for delivering expert advice and end-to-end recruitment of both domestic and international candidates. This includes recruitment, selection, appointment, and onboarding processes. The role also involves managing the international workforce portfolio, supporting attraction, transition, and retention of international candidates, including visa sponsorship and compliance in line with Department of Home Affairs requirements. Working closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners, you'll play a key role in delivering our award-winning onboarding program and supporting the recruitment of skilled candidates into priority roles across the organization.
