Job Title: Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop short-term schedules aligning with operational targets of monthly and quarterly production plans
* Design stopes and drill and blast plans for minimal dilution and maximum recovery
* Implement and record mine information for safe and economic target delivery
* Reconcile intended plans versus actual plans to identify improvement areas
* Interact with technical and operational mining teams for goal unity through concise communication
* Actively identify risks and threats to safely achieve targets and develop programs for risk elimination/minimisation
* Apprise the Senior Engineer of issues affecting safe and efficient production through frequent communication
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering
* Underground engineering experience with exposure to all production phases, preferably gold
* Completion of underground time is preferred
* WA First Class Mine Manager's Certificate of Competency or ability to obtain is desirable
* Experience using Microsoft Office and mining software such as Deswik
* Valid Manual Driver's License
