Senior Therapist Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and implement tailored evidence-based therapies, driving positive outcomes for clients.
* Lead therapeutic interventions within scope of practice, ensuring effective leadership and organisational compliance.
* Provide expert advice to senior management on key areas of responsibility, challenging where necessary to drive improvement.
* Support cultural change initiatives through active engagement and accountability.
* Establish and maintain key working relationships with stakeholders to ensure service delivery excellence.
* Contribute to the development and delivery of recovery programs, including residential services.
* Ensure effective communication with referring agencies and clinicians, aligning with best practice and legislative requirements.
* Provide clinical advice, supervision, and debriefing to staff as needed.
* Maintain currency of contemporary practices within the field.
* Deliver psychological services in line with organisational policies and procedures.
* Liaise with external stakeholders to gain input and promote services.
* Comply with legal and ethical standards, including accountability, confidentiality, and workplace health and safety.
* Attend regular meetings, including group and individual clinical supervision.
* Maintain accurate client records and case notes in line with internal and external requirements.
* Adhere to all requirements for maintaining full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA, ensuring compliance with timeframes and stakeholder coordination.
