Administrative Assistant Job Description
This part-time role is an excellent opportunity to support our Busselton office in an administrative capacity. We are seeking a dynamic and energetic team member to provide administrative support to locally based team members, including program managers and clinicians.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to add value by:
* Providing administrative support to a dedicated team of professionals
* Working within a clinical management system for client management
* Liaising with other service providers, including medical practices and GPs
* Carrying out reception duties and general office administration as required
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
* Have a Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience
* Have previous experience working in a health organisation and in an administrative role
* Have experience working within a clinical software system
* Have excellent customer service skills, both written and oral
* Have Office 365 skills at an intermediate level
