With excellent training and development strategies, ongoing growth in F&T, and support from our National team, now is an ideal time to join Bunnings F&T.As the Production Manager, you will oversee daily operations for manufacturing Timber Frames, Floors, and Roof Trusses. This plant has been operating for three years and continues to expand, requiring you to lead recruitment, training, and team development, as well as implement procedures. You will be supported by a seasoned Manufacturing Manager and encouraged to bring innovative ideas to improve efficiency, production, and team performance across Yard Supervisors, Automation Specialists, Production Teams, and Forklift Drivers. Your role will also involve implementing new equipment, engaging with the community, and performing various tasks vital to the plant's success.You will help shape the future of F&T at Bunnings by developing local strategies and business plans aligned with the long-term growth of the national F&T business. Monitoring customer service levels, liaising with the Commercial Sales teams, and educating stakeholders about manufacturing capabilities will be key to driving sales and enhancing customer experience. Additionally, you'll ensure manufacturing efficiency and effectiveness.With six F&T sites across Minto, Warnervale, Unanderra, Hallam, and Wacol, this is a prime opportunity to join the expanding Bunnings Commercial team, reporting to our National F&T Manager. You will lead a team of 35–50, managing shifts in a busy environment, working with vendors, suppliers, clients, and the wider Bunnings Group.
