Due to expansion, this client is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Receptionist/Administrator to join their amazing team

**Typical responsibilities may include**:

- Operate Switchboard, answering all phone calls on a timely basis & directing as required or taking a message
- Greeting all persons entering foyer area - offering tea & coffee
- Ensuring reception area is presentable
- Organising catering for meetings when requested
- Clean downstairs kitchen & load/empty dishwashers
- Ordering & maintaining grocery stock levels
- Ordering & maintaining stationary stock levels

**About you**:

- Previous experience working for an accounting firm or professional services firm is essential
- Professionally and polished presentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Amazing organisational and time management skills
- Self motivated and wiliness to learn
- Strong attention to detail
