Job Title: Senior UX Research Strategist
As a Senior UX Research Strategist, you will be responsible for driving research operations and overseeing evaluative research across our product ecosystem.
* Lead UX research projects to inform product decisions and measure impact across the customer journey.
* Manage ResearchOps, including participant recruitment, incentive management, tooling, and PII compliance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure insights drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
* Strong experience in UX research, particularly evaluative, translating insights into recommendations that drive product impact.
* Proven capability managing ResearchOps, including recruitment, compliance, and process optimisation.
* Experience working in agile, cross-functional product environments.
* Confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across Product, Design, and Data.
