This role will ensure the timely delivery of goods by liaising with internal and external stakeholders, tracking purchase orders, and managing the movement of materials.
About the Role
The Future Generation Joint Venture combines the engineering expertise of WeBuild, Clough, and Lane, and has been chosen to design and construct Snowy 2.0. This project, located in the Snowy Mountains, aims to deliver one of the world's largest pumped hydro schemes.
Snowy 2.0 marks a new chapter in the Snowy Scheme's history. It is Australia's largest renewable energy project, providing on-demand energy and large-scale storage for future generations.
Main Responsibilities
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods
* Track purchase orders and manage material movement
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in Business Management or related field
* White Card
Desirable Skills
* Minimum 3 years' experience in similar role within Construction Industry
* Experience with large-scale construction projects
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP systems
* Knowledge of construction materials and heavy industry practices
* Understanding of import/export legislation and requirements
* Familiarity with NSW Government Procurement Guidelines
* Knowledge of logistics and inventory management
* Understanding of inbound/outbound logistics and Supply Chain activities
* Ability to comprehend production processes
* Fluent English; additional languages an advantage
* Strong team collaboration skills

About the Team
WeBuild-Spa is a joint venture combining the engineering expertise of WeBuild, Clough, and Lane. The team is experienced in delivering complex infrastructure projects, including Snowy 2.0.
