* Key Responsibilities:
o Provide commercial and contracts advice to project teams.
o Assist with the formulation and drafting of site instructions, variations, and claims under contract.
o Review, manage, and assess subcontractor variation and payment claims.
o Ensure timely administration of upstream claims for contractual entitlement and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
o Attend project management meetings to facilitate thorough change management.
o Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
o Review contract performance, identify risks, and develop practical solutions to mitigate issues impacting contract performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Minimum Qualifications: Contracts or business law degree, preferably with project management or quantity surveying qualifications.
2. Experience: Minimum 3 years in a commercial or contract management role, preferably delivering energy projects in a design and construct environment.
