We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Sous Chef to support our Head Chef and help drive consistency, creativity, and service excellence.
About the Role
Full‑time position with strong career progression.
Work closely with the Head Chef on menu development, prep systems, and daily service.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and kitchen cleanliness.
Support and lead the team in a fast‑paced environment.
Ensure stock control, ordering, wastage management and compliance.
About You
Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a similar role.
Confident across grill, pans and fast‑paced service.
Passion for quality pub food and seasonal produce.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Reliable, organised and motivated.
Able to work nights and weekends as required.
