Your Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team to deliver high-quality research outcomes that shape ICU care globally.
* Oversight of ethics and site setup, patient recruitment, data collection, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

About You
">
We are looking for an experienced and driven individual who has a background in clinical or health research and a proven track record in project delivery. You must thrive in complex, fast-paced environments and love working with clinical teams and research partners to deliver outcomes that matter.

Requirements
">
* A postgraduate qualification or equivalent in health/public health/research.
* Strong experience coordinating multi-site clinical trials, ideally in ICU or hospital settings.
* Excellent organisation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
* Familiarity with GCP, NHMRC research ethics, and trial governance.
