As they grow their digital presence, they're looking for a Social Media & Content Coordinator to drive organic social, increase brand presence and shape the way Vibit shows up online.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Implement a comprehensive social media strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth across TikTok and Instagram.
* Create and curate high-quality, visually appealing content, including short-form videos, photos, and graphics, that align with our brand aesthetic and content pillars.
* Manage and maintain a detailed content calendar and schedule, ensuring consistent and timely posting across all platforms.
* Shoot, edit, and produce engaging video content using CapCut and in-platform editing tools, with a strong focus on TikTok and Reels.
* Build and nurture online communities by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and DMs, and fostering user-generated content (UGC).
* Identify and leverage trending topics, sounds, and formats to maximise reach and engagement on TikTok and Instagram.
* Support influencer collaborations, including gifting, content coordination, and performance tracking.
* Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent aesthetic across all platforms.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
* Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably within the apparel or fashion industry.
* Demonstrated success in building and growing TikTok and Instagram audiences.
* Strong video creation and editing skills, with proficiency in CapCut and other relevant editing tools.
* Excellent copywriting and visual communication skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Comfortable being both behind and in front of the camera.
* Experience managing a content portfolio that showcases an aesthetic eye.
* Ability to work from our Chermside base, with flexibility to travel for content shoots.
