Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced individual to join our team as a Hotel Area Maintenance Specialist. This part-time opportunity involves ensuring the cleanliness of hotel public areas and maintaining guest room pantries.
* Ensure the cleanliness of hotel public spaces, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
* Maintain guest room pantries, ensuring they are well-stocked and organized
* Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests
* Collaborate with room attendants to ensure seamless service delivery
Responsibilities
1. Clean and maintain hotel public areas, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting
2. Restock guest room pantries with essentials such as toiletries and linens
3. Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
4. Assist room attendants with cleaning and organizing guest rooms
Requirements
* 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures
