4WD Obsession Noosa is seeking a qualified and passionate Automotive Technician / Motor Mechanic to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, this is your chance to take your career to the next level at Noosa's most respected automotive service provider.

What the Role Entails:
* General servicing and maintenance of vehicles, with a focus on 4WDs.
* Identifying and diagnosing technical issues, with solutions in line with manufacturer requirements.
* Ordering parts from our supply chain when necessary.
* Completing paperwork, including job cards and safety inspection sheets.
* Keeping up to date with new technologies and tooling through suppliers and training organisations.
* Providing quality and timely work to meet customer needs, as per repair order instructions.

What You Need to Be Successful:
* Valid Australian Work Rights.
* At least 3 years of post-apprenticeship experience in the automotive trade.
* Certificate III in Automotive (or equivalent qualifications) with at least two years of on-the-job training.
* Valid Australian Manual Driver Licence.
* Exceptional quality of workmanship, reliability, and efficiency.
* Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well within a team.
