I'm currently partnering with a high-performing, technology-driven financial services firm to hire a Campus Recruiter into their Early Careers team. This is a great opportunity to step into a visible and impactful role, working with some of the brightest student talent across Australia and New Zealand. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering campus hiring strategy, partnering closely with the business and building strong relationships across universities and student networks.
Role
* Own and support the full lifecycle of campus recruitment, from attraction through to offer
* Plan and deliver campus events, assessment centres and interview processes
* Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
* Build relationships with universities and student societies across ANZ
* Contribute to attraction strategy and continuously improve candidate experience
About you
* Experience in inhouse recruitment, ideally within early careers or campus recruitment
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Proactive, curious, and solutions-focused
* Keen to be part of a high-performing, collaborative team
