We're seeking an enthusiastic individual with a strong sense of initiative, curiosity and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences to join our team as a Finance and Insurance Cadet. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills under the guidance of seasoned F&I professionals and work towards becoming an accredited Finance and Insurance Manager.

Proficiency with computers and a quick aptitude for learning new systems

Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines

About the role:
Provide our valued customers with finance and insurance options to assist in the purchase of their new or used motorcycles
Prepare and process finance applications along with all required documentation
Offer Mechanical Protection Plans and assist the team in various aspects of the sales process
Explain finance and protection products to clients in a transparent, compliant manner
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth and seamless purchase experience. Liaise with sales team to close deals.
Maintain accurate records, adhere to strict compliance standards and manage multiple transactions simultaneously
Develop strong, trust-based relationships with customers through professionalism and tailored solutions
