The Opportunity
As the Trainer & Assessor- LLND, you will:
* Design, deliver and review engaging LLND training experiences for diverse adult learners.
* Create secure, inclusive and human‑centred learning environments.
* Work collaboratively with referral agencies and community partners to support learner outcomes.
* Conduct pre‑training assessments and ensure delivery meets ACSF, AQF and RTO requirements.
* Maintain accurate data, records and compliance documentation.
* Contribute to continuous improvement, validation and moderation activities.
* Participate in community and cultural activities that support program visibility and engagement.
* Travel to regional or remote communities as needed.
About You
* Current Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent adult education qualification.
* Current or willing to obtain Foundation Skills skill set (TAESSS00026 / TAESS00009) or higher education qualification.
* Experience delivering adult literacy/LLND/EAL training with strong engagement and retention outcomes.
* A flexible, adaptive training style suited to diverse and disadvantaged learners.
* Strong communication skills, resilience, cultural awareness and interpersonal capability.
* Ability to build relationships across participants, communities, agencies and employers.
* Experience with quality processes including moderation and validation.
* Excellent planning, time management and record‑keeping skills.
* Knowledge of RTO compliance, ACSF, AQF and program contractual requirements.
* Ability to travel to regional/remote locations as required.
