About the role
MG Electrical Services Pty Ltd is seeking a qualified, experienced Electrician/Linesman to join our dynamic team in Darwin, NT. As a full-time Qualified Electrician/Linesman, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment, with a focus on electrical line work. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a well-established electrical services company.
FIFO Role will be considered for the right candidate.
What you'll be doing
- Carrying out electrical installations, maintenance and repairs to commercial and industrial infrastructure
- Performing overhead and underground line work, including pole installations, maintenance and fault rectification
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues, and implementing appropriate solutions
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant electrical safety standards and regulations
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all work completed
- Providing high-quality customer service and support
What we're looking for
- Fully qualified Electrician/Linesman with a current Northern Territory Electrical Workers Licence
- Experience in the electrical industry, with a strong focus on electrical line work
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
