**About the role** **This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work both remotely and from our office.**The Employee Relations (ER) Manager will lead an advisory team in the provision of expert, business focused advice, guidance, and support. In addition, the role will lead CPA's employee relations function and provide support in industrial relations matters.
