Ping is a current platform where shoppers exchange data for rewards — and where retailers gain real-time insight into what their customers truly value. We’re about to kick off live testing with a small group of independent retailers, and we’re looking for someone to help bring those first partnerships to life.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain a short list of values-aligned retailers.
- Reach out via email, socials, and calls to line up founder conversations.
- Guide retailers through simple onboarding steps (one-pagers, calls, light support).
- Keep a clear view of progress — from first hello to live test.
What success looks like
- Five retailers live testing Ping within 2–3 months.
Who you are
- Confident and comfortable engaging with small and mid-sized retailers.
- Organised, consistent, and clear in communication.
- Happy working a focused 4 hours per week, with an eye on outcomes, not busywork.
- More of a generalist than a polished operator — credibility and process matter most.
