Our clinic in Shepparton is currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join the team. This role will be a Full-Time Permanent position working Monday to Friday with 7.6-hour shifts.
What will you be doing?
* Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
* Efficiently manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
* Handle patient inquiries, ensuring accurate information is provided.
* Maintain organized patient records and assist with administrative tasks.
Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Our Ideal Candidate
* Previous medical receptionist experience (highly desirable but not essential)
* Customer service/Administration Experience
* Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn and develop
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
