Role Overview: Make an Impact in Insurance Operations
Are you detail‑oriented and thrive in a fast‑paced environment? Join our team and play a key role in supporting brokered commercial and personal lines insurance across Australia and New Zealand. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and making a real difference in the day‑to‑day operations of a dynamic insurance business.
What You'll Be Doing
* Process and invoice new business, endorsements, and renewals with precision and speed, predominately in the workers compensation space.
* Coordinate premium funding contracts and ensure accurate filing.
* Collaborate with Risk Account Managers and clients to gather underwriting information and confirm instructions.
* Provide proactive support to members, including managing complaints in line with RG271 requirements.
* Maintain claims status reports and follow up on policy payments.
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and external insurance stakeholders.
* Contribute to the smooth running of the business with general broking and account support.
What You'll Bring
Skills & Attributes
* A sharp eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
* Excellent communication—both written and verbal.
* Confidence working independently and taking initiative.
* Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking.
* A commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Experience
* At least 1 year in financial services (insurance experience is a plus).
* Familiarity with systems like Insight, OfficeTech, and Sunrise (desirable).
Qualifications
* RG 146 Tier 2 qualification (essential).
