About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Carpenter with a strong eye for detail and a passion for building beautiful outdoor spaces. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision and enjoys seeing the tangible results of their work.
As part of our team, you'll be working on a variety of outdoor carpentry projects, completing everything from framing to finishing. You'll also interact directly with clients, so great communication and professional presentation are a must.
Key Responsibilities
* Construct, repair, and install outdoor timber structures (decks, pergolas, fences, etc.)
* Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality finishes
* Communicate effectively with clients to provide excellent service and clarity throughout the project
* Maintain a safe, organised, and tidy work environment
* Contribute positively to our growing team culture
What We're Looking For
* Qualified Carpenter (Cert III in Carpentry or equivalent experience)
* Proven experience in outdoor or structural carpentry
* Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
* A positive attitude and sense of humour — we enjoy our work and each other's company
* Punctual, reliable, and professional work ethic
* White Card and current driver's licence

Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per hour
