Hotel Concierge and In-Room Dining Professional
The role of Hotel Concierge and In-Room Dining Professional is to provide exceptional service to hotel guests by ensuring their needs are met with a personalized and pre-emptive approach. As a key member of the hotel team, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer satisfaction through your professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge of all hotel facilities and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice on hotel facilities, including event spaces, spa, restaurant, bar, and in-room dining menus.
* Make contact with hotel guests during their stay and offer to organize a wide range of services and arrangements by efficiently handling their requests.
* Ensure that all daily VIP amenities, special request guest rooms are prepared with the appropriate amenity or replenishment.
Requirements:
* Well-developed computer knowledge, particularly in the use of MS Office, Lotus Notes, and email.
* Extremely organized with a strong commitment to maintaining a controlled working environment.
* Current NSW RSA Certificate.
* At least 1 year experience in a Food and Beverage outlet.
