**About the Opportunity**
To provide asset protection and ensure all stakeholders attending any Scentre Group sites are within a safe and incidentfree environment. Complying with site relevant rosters. Conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols of client premises. Respond to and attend sites for the purpose of investigating alarm investigates and concerns raised by stakeholders. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in the execution of service delivery.
**Full-time, Part-time, and Casual positions**
Located in Geelong.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct regular **mobile and foot patrols** of site assets
- Perform **unlock and lock up of access points** within sites
- **Monitor, control and maintain Access Control** equipment
- Provide **Customer Service** to all stakeholders
- Investigate and appropriately action all complaints received by stakeholders Assist in the installation / removal of equipment relevant to channeling stakeholders in and out of the premises
- **Arming and Disarming an Alarm Systems**:
- Maintaining and controlling relevant equipment e.g. keys, swipe cards.
- **Reporting incidents** and breach of Security immediately
- Completing documentation that accompanies any of the above activities, including access registers, checklists etc.
**About you**
- Certificate II in Security Operations
- Current VIC Security License
- First Aid Certificate
- Full VIC Drivers License
- Full vaccination is mandatory for all applicants.
- Be prepared to work AM/PM shift work rosters with varying hours of attendance including weekend work.
- Be physically fit, well presented/ groomed with pleasant disposition
- Have strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Able to work well and remain calm under pressure
- Have effective communication skills both verbal and written communication
- Demonstrate a strong customer focus and be able to live our values
- Good understanding and experience in WHS and emergency response management procedures
- Strong experience in conflict resolution and good report writing skills
- Be capable of learning new skills quickly
- Exceptional Customer service skills
