* You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling field service team activities to maximize time efficiency.
* Maintain accurate records and oversee client business portals.
* Assist in system improvements to help achieve overall revenue targets.
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with internal teams such as Supply Chain and Logistics, as well as interact with new and existing clients to provide top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and schedule field service team activities
* Maintain client business portals and update purchase orders
* Oversee inventory management for the field service team
* Support the Field Service Team Leader as required
* Communicate with corporate clients regarding services and assist with account setups
* Provide customer service and sales support, including preparing quotes and resolving disputes
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* High attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in administration within a sales or customer-focused environment
* Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
* Salesforce CRM knowledge (desirable)
