The opportunities are plenty for those who are ready to accept the challenge.Could that be you?Your opportunity:As our valued IoT Commercial and Logistics Manager, you will play a vital role working as part of our Internet of Things Centre of Excellence, continuously championing your customers’ operational and strategic growth requirements. You will work collaboratively with multiple internal teams across TPG Telecom to ensure customer requirements are delivered effectively.You'll make an impact by:Managing IoT customer orders (SIMs and hardware)Maintaining aggregated demand forecasts for SIMs and hardware based on new sales and customer growth projectionsManaging onboarding of new suppliers, supported by TPG Procurement team, and monitoring supplier performancePlacing orders with suppliers to maintain required stock levels or fulfilling customer orders directly from suppliersCoordinating receipt, storage, and distribution of SIMs and hardware; monitoring shipments and resolving transit issuesSetting up and maintaining product SKUs in Inventory applications, working with logistics to ensure warehouse stocks are properly managedPerforming periodic stock inventory audits and maintaining accurate stock levels in systemsManaging end-to-end fulfillment of customer orders, including liaising with suppliers, warehouses, and customers, and validating service provisioning/activation and billingManaging customer escalations and expedited service requests with suppliers and logistics teamsHandling financial reconciliation following TPG Procure to Pay processes and policiesSupporting Enterprise Customer Account and Service Managers with service reporting (e.g., delivery times, SLA performance)Identifying and driving process improvements and transformation initiativesWhat you’ll bring:Minimum of 3 years' experience in inventory management and logistics, preferably in telecommunications (consumer or enterprise)Proven relationship management skills within customer and supply chain environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in inventory management software (e.g., Oracle), Microsoft 365 Office, and SaaS ticketing applicationsAbility to build productive, long-term relationships with customers, suppliers, and peersExperience or participation in business process improvements and strong business acumenIdeally, you will also have:Broad knowledge of telecommunications products, services, and supporting technologiesA team-oriented, forward-looking approach with a holistic perspectiveExcellent presentation, organizational, and communication skills (written and oral)Emotional resilience and ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environmentWhat's in it for you?Flexible hybrid working arrangements (from home and office)‘Stay Connected Mobile’ – a free mobile plan‘Stay Connected NBN’ – a free NBN 100 plan‘Your Leave’ – an additional 4 days of leave each yearAccess to TPG Learning Hub and internal development opportunitiesAccess to corporate partner discountsCome join us and build a better future.
