The Opportunity

We're seeking a hands‐on Digital Technician to maintain and support our CCTV, digital systems, fleet technology, and IT related tasks to CCTV management across Transdev WA sites.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys a mix of field work and troubleshooting, can work autonomously, and takes pride in keeping mission‐critical systems running for operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain and support CCTV systems and associated digital platforms used across the business
* Support fleet/digital systems (including in‐vehicle technology platforms where required)
* Conduct daily log reviews (including backup checks), investigate failures and implement corrective actions
* Maintain accurate asset records and architecture documentation for technology equipment movements and changes
* Ensure software licensing compliance and maintain evidence/records
* Build strong working relationships with Workshop personnel, operational teams, Client representatives and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
* Work in line with Transdev's HSEQ expectations and "zero harm" approach

What You'll Bring

* 2+ years' experience in a similar digital technician role
* Hands‐on experience with IP CCTV systems (fault‐finding, configuration support, logs, uptime monitoring, motherboard knowledge)
* Working knowledge of networks (hardware/software), user access, and structured troubleshooting
* Confidence working independently, prioritising tasks, and meeting deadlines
* Clear communication skills and a customer‐focused approach
* A strong commitment to confidentiality, compliance and documentation

Highly Regarded

* Relevant Licences/tickets such as Open Cabling Registration, White Card, Working at Heights, EWP (or willingness to obtain)
* Clear understanding of a CAD operation system relating to 3D printing capabilities
