As a Capability Consultant, you'll deliver leadership and professional development at Auto & General, delivering company wide programs that empower individuals and elevate performance.
This role focuses on the facilitation and execution of impactful learning initiatives that directly support our People & Culture and broader organisational strategies.
Positions Accountabilities Facilitate engaging, high-impact learning sessions for leaders and professionals (up to Senior Manager level) Consistently evaluate the impact of facilitated programs through data and feedback Recommend and implement modern facilitation techniques and adult learning methodologies Collaborate with L&OD colleagues to align company wide frameworks and initiatives to our blended leadership and professional development offerings Work with the Governance & Operations team to leverage their expertise in optimisation of the Learning Management System to execute development programs Drive continuous improvement and innovative learning design by identifying gaps in programs and content by partnering with stakeholders and the Continuous Improvement team to design and implement effective solutions What experience you'll bring Qualifications & Experience Essential Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace training (TAE) Demonstrates a high level of facilitation skill and experience, with the ability to engage diverse audiences, adapt to different learning styles, and create inclusive, interactive learning environments.
Understanding of learning processes, theories and methodologies including adult learning principles and styles Demonstrated capacity for self-management, participative decision-making, team participation and the ability to accept, promote and manage change Desirable Tertiary qualifications in a relevant area such as Learning & Development, Human Resources or Organisational Development 5+ Years experience in learning delivery and development related roles within large organisations Experience in the Banking, Finance, or Insurance industries Our Perks Location: Brisbane, North Lakes or Kawana This role is available at any of our Brisbane and Sunshine Coast locations providing flexibility to choose the office that suits you.
Our Toowong office is close to the city with easy public transport and parking options while our North Lakes offices are within walking distance of some of the north side's best retail locations.
