Bowen Mazda & MG is seeking a Trainee Service Advisor to join our team and deliver outstanding service to our valued customers.

About the Role

As a Trainee Service Advisor, you will:

* Be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and positive service experience.
* Coordinate bookings, repair orders, and service delivery with precision and efficiency.
* Promote and upsell additional services while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
* Collaborate with the Service Manager and team to foster a professional and supportive workplace culture.

What We're Looking For

* A customer-focused mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.
* The ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
* Technical knowledge of automotive servicing is highly regarded.
* Proficiency in computer systems, particularly Titan software.

Eligibility Requirements

* Queensland Manual Driver's Licence and a clean driving history.
* Cert III Automotive Mechanical Technology and/or Frontline Management qualifications (highly regarded but not essential).

Key Responsibilities

* Greet customers warmly and assist them with booking and repair needs.
* Liaise with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
* Provide detailed explanations of service work and recommend additional options as needed.
* Monitor and maintain accurate records, ensuring all repair orders are signed and agreed to by customers.
* Uphold workplace health and safety standards at all times.
