Scaffold Coordinator Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Scaffold Coordinator to drive the growth and expansion of our scaffolding division in Geraldton, WA.
This role involves leading and strengthening the scaffolding department, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, and implementing safe systems of work.
About the Role:
* Grow and drive the scaffolding department, including client relations, operations management, and safety oversight.
* Coordinate scaffolding operations, ensuring compliance with manufacturer design specifications, engineers' designs, regulations, and industry standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of the scaffolding department, leading teams, strengthening client relationships, and delivering project excellence.
* Coordinate scaffolding operations and implement safe systems of work.
Requirements:
* Construction Industry White Card (essential).
* Worksafe High Risk Licence - Scaffolding Advanced (preferred).
* Police Clearance suitable for Gold Industry (obtained within the past 12 months - essential).
* Drivers Licence (essential).
* Ability to pass pre-employment medical and Drug Alcohol test.
